Job Description

  • Maintain and support virtualised servers (Must have knowledge Virtualisation)
  • Support European IT Network
  • Setup and provide desktop support for users throughout EMEA
  • Support network infrastructure, switches, PABX, Juniper firewall and other network devices
  • Manage helpdesk
  • Support network and standalone printers and other ancillary devices
  • Support business software applications
  • Maintain IT asset records and carry out yearly audit
  • Support IT Manager with related tasks as required

 

Candidate Specification

Candidate Specification Qualifications

  • University graduate with relevant IT qualifications
  • PC and Network training

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience of software development and support in a similar environment
  • Citrix, VMWare, Networks, Windows Servers Application Support, IP Telephony, Juniper Firewall, VPN
  • Must have flexible working attitude, willingness to complete tasks within given deadlines
  • Ability to take on responsibility for designated tasks
  • Good organisational skills
  • Clear communicator
  • Team player
