Job Description

  • Reporting to the Management Accountant Manager
  • Transaction processing within the Accounts Payable and Nominal ledgers
  • Entering supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Employee expenses
  • Supplier payment runs in a number of currencies
  • Use of banking system
  • Daily bank reconciliations in a number of currencies
  • Month-end closing
  • Inter-company recharges
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Accounts analysis and reporting
  • Scanning, filing and archiving
  • Assisting other members of the finance team with ad hoc tasks as and when required

Candidate Specification

Qualifications

  • Maths & English GCSE’s grade C and above
  • AAT or Part qualified

Experience and Skills

  • Must have Accounts Payable and Expenses experience
  • Must have bank reconciliation and month-end closing experience
  • Good spreadsheet skills
  • Good communicator, team player
