Job Description

  • Spare Parts receiving from Suppliers
  • De-palletisation of Spare Parts
  • Spare Parts visual inspection and counting (checking against Delivery Note)
  • Location of Spare Parts in appropriate totes (Bins)
  • Spare Parts booking in on computer system (Efacs)
  • Produce goods received notes.
  • Spare Parts picking for orders
  • Spare Parts packing (Ready for dispatch)
  • Sort incoming defective (used) Spare Parts
  • Defective parts RMA processing
  • RMA return administration
  • Producing weekly inventory report
  • General warehouse administration and duties

Candidate Specification

  • Fit and Healthy (a lot of physical work)
  • Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
  • Good Written and verbal communication Skills
  • Comprehensive Understanding of MS-Office especially Excel
  • Experience of working in a Warehouse environment
  • Experience of working in an electronics industry
  • Neat and tidy, good organisation, methodical.
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work as part of team
