The Challenge

Cooper Associates Group, a financial advisory firm with headquarters based in Taunton, required a technology-based environment for their 20-seater conference room and smaller client suite where both internal staff and clients could be presented to and trained.
Both meeting rooms have glass door separators which Cooper Associates wanted to take advantage of by showing the same content on both screens, with identical audio flowing in both rooms, transforming the space into a multi-location training facility.
The ability to manipulate presentations, investment opportunities or mortgage styles to the live audience whilst either training or presenting was also an integral requirement for the company.
As proud sponsors of Somerset County Cricket Club, the space would also be used for entertainment and presentation evenings, as well as a place to relax with music, radio or live sport streaming through the system.
Solution
Environments for Business drafted in specialist supplier and installer, Sounds With Vision who recommended and installed the spectacular Optoma OP861RK+ 86” Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFP) in the main conference room, and the Optoma OP651RK+ 65” IFP for the client suite.
To complement the IFPs, Optoma's QuickCast was installed and linked to a Wyrestorm Matrix allowing them to work in unison in both rooms. The single HDMI dongle gives presenters the ability to remotely attach their laptop and present wirelessly – with the addition of audio passed through.
